Overview & Design

Flexible Discharge Options for Heavy Fluids

The heavy-duty ball valve pump is ideal for handling a wide range of fluids, from low to high viscosity, including those with fine non-suspended solid particles.

It features excellent suction lift capabilities and multiple discharge port options: bottom, top, side, or dual outlet.

Working Principle

Compact Stroke, Lower Flow Resistance

This pump operates on a similar principle to conventional diaphragm pumps: bottom inlet and top outlet. As the diaphragm moves, one chamber draws in fluid while the other chamber discharges.

A key design feature is the compact internal stroke with four closely positioned check balls.

01

Diaphragm Moves Right

The left chamber draws in fluid while the right chamber discharges.

02

Diaphragm Moves Left

The process reverses, creating continuous alternating transfer.

03

Four Check Balls

Closely positioned check balls reduce flow resistance and improve high-viscosity handling.

Reduced fluid stress on the diaphragm and chamber, extending pump life.
Lower flow resistance, ideal for high-viscosity fluid handling.
Key Features & Advantages

Built for Heavy Fluids and Continuous Operation

Feature list is arranged for quick scanning by engineers, maintenance teams and purchasing users.

01

Optional Bottom Discharge

Prevents sediment build-up and extends diaphragm life by allowing heavier particles to discharge directly.

02

Heavier Check Balls Available

Improve performance with high-viscosity fluids by enhancing ball seating speed.

03

Top Discharge Option

Ideal for floating or suspended particles and fluids containing air, minimizing abrasive wear on diaphragms.

04

Side Discharge Option

Suitable for installations with space constraints or special piping layouts.

05

Built for Continuous Operation

More robust than standard pumps, making it suitable for 24/7 applications.

06

Excellent for High Viscosity Fluids

Handles viscosities from 1,000 to 500,000 cP or even higher, including asphalt, polymer melts and thick coatings.

07

Supports Flooded Suction Setups

Especially effective in bottom-feed installations.

08

Reinforced Design for Durability

Engineered for harsh conditions with longer service life.

Application Industries
