Application Conditions

  • Powder must be lightweight, dry, and non-caking.
  • Particle size smaller than 75 μm (over 200 mesh).
  • Bulk density less than 800 kg/m³.

Operating Requirements

  • Fluidizing air pressure: Can be set from 1.0 to 5.5 bar depending on powder fluidity. (Controlled via a small regulator filter for the auxiliary gas in the liquid chamber.)
  • Working air pressure: Can be set from 1.5 to 6.0 bar depending on required transfer volume. (Controlled via a large regulator filter.)
  • Inlet: Maximum horizontal distance is 3–8 meters, depending on pump size.
  • Outlet: The smaller the bulk density, the higher the conveying height, up to a maximum of 30 meters (straight pipeline without bends).

Features & Advantages

  • Replaces manual powder handling
  • Reduces air pollution – transfers powder directly from the container to where it is needed
  • Unique air conveying system prevents powder clogging
  • Economical and simple – no need for large complex systems
  • Leak-free: Excellent sealing ensures no powder leakage, preventing operator exposure
  • Low shear: Minimal material agitation to avoid heat generation
  • Portable: Can be quickly moved from one location to another
